Role
Senior Product Manager, Isolated Cloud
Role: Senior Product Manager
I lead strategy and execution for ServiceNow’s U.S. public sector cloud portfolio, including Government Community Cloud (GCC) and, National Security Cloud (NSC).
I drive commercial platform capability into regulated, isolated, and customer managed environments while protecting security, compliance, and sovereignty by uniting engineering, security, legal, go to market, and partner teams around a shared roadmap.
Challenge
ServiceNow’s public sector customers span federal, state, and local agencies, each with distinct data, security, and deployment needs. Maintaining parity with the commercial platform while complying with FedRAMP, DoD IL4 and IL5, CJIS, FIPS, and other authorizations requires early alignment among product, engineering, security, and legal teams.
Customer environments may be disconnected, air‑gapped, or subject to specific boundary, identity, and connectivity constraints. Consequently, release planning relies on coordinated quality, reliability, compliance, and operational gates rather than simply shipping a commercial feature.
The goal is to enable agencies to automate work and leverage AI while preserving the control, oversight, and deployment model their missions demand.
