Role: Senior Product Manager
A rolling book of 6 to 10 fellows, each on a one to four month engagement until the offer lands. Two audiences: career changers breaking into product and working PMs leveling up, coached across mock interviews, resume, positioning, and negotiation. Evenings and weekends, alongside full time product work.
Challenge
Protect a business model where the firm is paid only once a fellow lands. That means admitting the right people, making every week build on the last, and getting fellows to an offer in months rather than years.
Results
Built the intake screening criteria Pathrise used to decide who to admit. Ran progressive coaching with homework between every session, so each week built on the last instead of starting over. 100+ fellows placed at FAANG and beyond.
