Role: Senior Product Manager

Four chapters in one. Windows: Python and C/C++ tooling to diagnose and optimize OS infrastructure. Azure Capacity: global expansion strategy across 250+ clusters. Dynamics 365 Field Service: Resource Scheduling Optimization moved to multi tenant Azure. Cloud for Sustainability: Scope 1 to 3 carbon accounting workflows for enterprise pilots.

Challenge

Each role inherited a system at its limit: manual triage on Windows infrastructure, Azure capacity that could not keep pace with demand, single tenant scheduling infrastructure that did not scale, and emissions data scattered across a dozen Azure and ERP sources.

Results

Automation tooling reduced manual triage 25%. Capacity strategy across 250+ clusters increased deployable capacity 15%, and a telemetry backed utilization model reclaimed about 4M vCPUs, unlocking about $40M in revenue capacity with no new hardware. The RSO migration to multi tenant Azure cut infra costs 30%, tripled tenant capacity, and held six nines availability. Sustainability workflows lifted automated emissions calculations from 30% to 75% across five enterprise pilots and cut reconciliation discrepancies about 30%.
